Refund & Cancellation Policy

At THE IGHALOS SYSTEMS, Inc, we are committed to providing high-quality Tech Education, Recruitment, and Consultation services. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:

No Refund Policy
All payments made for training programs, courses, or consultation services are non-refundable. Our marketing statements, including "WE PAY YOU If you do not land a TECH job," apply only in cases where we determine that there were shortcomings on our end, such as:

• Failure to provide promised tutoring sessions
• Lack of access to agreed-upon learning resources, tools, or career support
• Inadequate delivery of curriculum as outlined in program materials

This does not apply to situations where a participant struggles to grasp concepts, fails to apply the training effectively, or simply finds that tech is not the right fit for them. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, skill, and engagement.

Compensation Policy (Not a Refund)
If, after a thorough review, THE IGHALOS SYSTEMS, Inc determines that a participant made a genuine effort to complete the program but did not secure a tech job due to factors beyond their control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a compensation payment as a goodwill gesture.

This is not a refund but rather a discretionary payment based on our internal review of participation and effort.
Any such compensation will not exceed 25% of the initial course sign-up fee.

No Refunds for Non-Participation or Dropouts

• If you sign up but do not attend or participate, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer to reschedule your enrollment for a future program session.
• If you drop out mid-session, no refunds or compensation will be issued.If you finance your payment and are unable to complete your installments, any initial payments made will not be refunded.
  

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that THE IGHALOS SYSTEMS, Inc is not responsible for individual performance, and you accept that all payments are final, with limited discretionary compensation as outlined above.
